Policies and rules regarding the privacy and confidentiality of Panco users
The following set of rules govern the relationship between users and all Pancom services; Therefore, please read it carefully.
We deeply believe in the privacy of our users and believe that all of our users' activities in the Panco social network environment, including messages, interactions, and transactions, belong to them. We will not interfere with, access to, transmit, modify or delete content or restrict the user's access to private information, and will not refine any private information exchanged.
Some necessary information is collected with the permission of the user and the specification of the settings by us to provide better and more appropriate services. We obtain this information directly from you or through interaction with you and the device you use to connect to Panco. So some of this information is collected directly by users and others through interaction with our software. The type and amount of information that is collected affects the quality of user interactions and their choices in their device settings, including privacy settings.
Users can specify the access permission to us according to the defined settings, at their discretion and will. When we ask users to send us their personal information, they can always refuse to do so. (Failure to enter personal and identity information will make our services inaccessible to that person.)
Users may restrict our access to contacts, images, files, messages, videos, and audio on their mobile phones or PCs. The imposition of these restrictions may impair the quality of operation of Panco Services.
1- Data storage and access
1-1- The data that are stored after joining Panco include:
  • Identity information
  • The information of the device, by which you have connected to our service, like the type of operating system, type of hardware, settings, battery signal, and type of communication (Wi-Fi or cellular network, phone number, language, date, and IP)
  • The data that you provide to us while contacting us, like the Emails that you send to us.
  • The data that you place in your user account publicly, like photos, biography, location, and interests.
1-2- 1.2 The data that we have access to, provided that the user provides permission for it:
  • Contact list of your device
  • Photos, files, films, and the audios of your device
  • Other capabilities (camera, microphone)
  • Location
  • The data related to your interest that help us to send smart ads.
1-3- He data that we collect while you use Panco
  • The data that others post about you while using Panco publicly, like inserting your name in the photo and your public messages.
  • The data of your network such as the individuals or the groups that you have more contact with.
1-4- The data that will be stored if you use specific services of Panco:
  • Advertisement services
  • If another service promotes your work
  • Using payment services
  • Payment time and location (when the payment was done and at which location)
  • The purpose of payment (personal, commercial, or charity)
  • The data about your credit cards if users agree
1-5- The data that you provide about your contacts to us:
  • If you recommend Panco to your friends, we will store your friends’ Email or phone numbers.
  • If you recommend Panco to your friends, we will send Emails and/or SMSs to them to invite them. We do this to support your friends in the registration process and provide a registration confirmation for them.
2- How we use your data?
By accepting these rules, you will allow us to provide your data to all the Panco group companies, or if these companies you’re your independent data from the Panco service, then we will use them. We do this:
To provide special access for you to use Panco services
  • Communicating with you about how to use services and informing you about the changes of these rules
  • To monitor the proper implementation of the rules of use
  • Monitor the implementation of our TOS
  • To answer your questions and point of views
  • To customize your experiences, providing better services, and upgrade and monitoring our service performances
  • For contests, polls, surveys, and other events or the activities in which you participate.
  • By your consent, providing your data to other users so that they can find you (note that your data are also displayed for other Panco users unless you limit other’s access to them)
  • Using your email and other communication channels to send articles, newsletters, advertisements, and other data related to the services that you have requested from us, also for any other purposes that we will inform you about before collecting them. Additionally, we may share the results from refinement, analysis, and evaluation of the collected data with our business partners without disclosing their identity information.
3- Migration and removing data
  • You could transfer, change or remove your user account data.
  • Whenever you feel that our rules are incompatible with you, you could remove your account.
  • If you remove your account, you cannot log in to the system, use the service, or access any of your data in Panco.
  • If you remove your account, the private messages that you have sent to your friends will remain on our servers, as long as they are not deleted by your friends.
  • If you remove your account, the publicized data will no longer be available under your name.
  • You can unsubscribe from our communication messages by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of specific communication. Note that you can no longer use service-related communications like service notifications, administrative notifications, and similar items.
4- Security
  • Only you or an authorized third person can access your account, registration information, and password.
  • We store them in a limited-access server to protect your identity information security. In Panco, security includes a series of technical, management, and security-physical measures that are formed to minimize infiltration factor and prevent destruction, abuse, or change of the data that are controlled by us.
  • While we are committed to protecting your data, we have to confess that no system has ever guaranteed that it is 100% safe. We will take all necessary technical and legal measures to protect your information and prevent its misuse, theft, or tampering.
5- Being careful about data popularization
  • When you publish content in a group conversation, all the group members can see it.
  • When you send content to a business account in Panco, your content will immediately be accessible by them. So, please read their data rules regarding data protection before sending your content.
6- Chat history
By default, all your chat history information will be saved automatically. You can always delete them permanently or search your chat history and retrieve the information you need.
7- Data refinement
  • We do not use your private communications in any way to send information to our business partners, we neither sell them to anyone nor refine them.
  • In connection with conversations that you conduct in public, we use data to build language models in compliance with privacy rules, which helps us to provide you with better services.
  • We collect a compressed form of public data. This means that the content of users' conversations will not be identifiable and attributable. We will use this data to help understand the interests of our users and analyze trends. We use automated methods for these surveys, but we may sometimes do this manually.
8- Cookies information and other technologies
A cookie is a message that the server sends to the user's browser. The user's browser saves this message in a text file, and then every time the user visits that server or every time the user's browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) requests a page from that server, it returns this message to that server. The main purpose of cookies is to identify users' interests so that they can retrieve settings they have previously made on a website.

Note that our business partners also can read your browser’s cookies. You can disable this access, but by doing that, you can no longer use all of our cookies services.
9- Sharing your data
We are committed not to share your data that we have with anyone without your consent, except that under the following conditions we can share them without your consent:
  • To provide the data to the court by order of a competent judicial official
  • To protect the intellectual properties of Panco
  • To monitor the proper implementation of privacy policies and regulations of using Panco
  • In case of merging with another company or change of shareholding
  • If you choose our service to complete the authentication process and connect to other providers in cyberspace, we can send your identity information to your selected service providers
10- International transfer
Our service is based in Iran and we develop and provide services to users following the regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. By accepting the terms and conditions of use, you consent to the storage of your information in Iran. You also allow us to share your information with our business partners in Iran following the provisions of this document.
11- Law updates
These laws may be updated regularly. We will always keep you informed of the latest changes through the communication channels you provided to us when you registered at Panco.
